To celebrate Arbor Day, Reading Specialist Ms. Gina will have her storytime at the Judy Weston Garden at Watchung Park. She will read books and sing songs to celebrate trees and the planting of more trees! Please bring a blanket to sit on. (If the weather does not cooperate, we will have storytime at the library as usual…)

Families and children up to five years of age are welcome to join Montclair Public Library’s Raising Readers and hear tree tales!

Raising Reader activities promote early reading skills, listening and speaking. Exposing young children to read-alouds, songs, rhymes and chants is an important stepping stone in becoming a reader. We will be exploring a new theme each week.
